Every sound is created in real time on your iPhone. It never loops and always starts softly.

A sleep timer

Fall asleep to a calm sound. At the end of the timer, it fades out slowly instead of stopping suddenly.

Left/right balance

Shift the sound toward one ear, for example if your tinnitus is stronger on one side.
